Need Help In Upgrading

hi frendz... i have quite old rig thats not appropriate now-a-days.. now i have core2 duo e7400@2.85ghz, 4gb ddr2, 500gb sata, nvidia geforce gt9500 1gb and gigabyte g31m-es2l mobo... i wanna upgrade my cpu to core2quad and gpu that can run high graphics games like battlefield 3 :sol:  in at least mid graphics... my budget is 10000 rs ( around $ 200)..

another thing do i need to change the mobo also???

please help :(

Is that a typo... or did you MEAN Two Hundred dollars?

For that price... you *may* be able to buy your processor...

And $200 will not buy you a card that can handle BF3 on mid - without a i5 2500k processor

well he can get a GTX 560 for around 189.99 and that can handle BF3 on medium

well if i get GTX 560, can i able to play bf3 with that shitty core2duo in smooth graphics in mid settings???

That is the real question here... Im thinking, turn off shadows, and you should either be able to just make medium setting with 2x AA or turn Anti-aliasing off completely and you should be ok.
