Without links to the items for details can't say for sure. If the ram is 1.5v then should be ok. The psu is sufficient. The rest of it looks like it should be ok together
  2. The RAM is 1.65V. Would that matter?

Then you need to make sure the voltage is set correctly in bios. Intel is a bit picky about warranty. If you use ram other than the recommended 1.5v they could (if they knew) refuse to replace any dead cpu. You just need to make sure the voltage is right in bios. Undervoltage can lead to system instability. I always recommend staying with 1.5v good quality ram when planning.
  4. Any suggestions of where I can get good quality 4GB RAM kit for about £20?
