i3 2120

Corsair 2x2GB RAM

Corsair 430W PSU

XFX AMD Radeon HD 6770 1GB

Sony optical drive

Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200RPM-OEM

Nova tech Prowler Midi Case V2

Without links to the items for details can't say for sure. If the ram is 1.5v then should be ok. The psu is sufficient. The rest of it looks like it should be ok together

Then you need to make sure the voltage is set correctly in bios. Intel is a bit picky about warranty. If you use ram other than the recommended 1.5v they could (if they knew) refuse to replace any dead cpu. You just need to make sure the voltage is right in bios. Undervoltage can lead to system instability. I always recommend staying with 1.5v good quality ram when planning.
