More info on badges

I've recently been finding a few bugs, here is another one...
When you click on someone's name, it takes you to their page. On their page it shows the list of badges they've won, and there is a hyperlink next to it that read's: See More. Once you click that, it does nothing except put you back to the top of the page (if you did scroll down a bit).
Is this a glitch, or is it a fault on my system?
