Easy cable management with these specs, and easy installation? And does anyone know if it says in your MoBo or PSU manual where to plug the wires? Thanks.

Cable management is more to do with the case itself. The case you chose has good cable management and everything should fit well

The mobo's Manual should tell you where everything goes, and usually each component has a manual on how to install it. Here is a step by step guide on how to build a computer and it shows you were everything goes:
