GTX 560 TI 448 Compatibility with Antec Three Hundred

Does GTX 560 TI 448 Cores fit in Antec Three Hundred? I have a mATX board, and only one HDD is in 3.5 bay, and don't have any plan to add anything there. My guess is if the HDD is moved down one slot or two, the end of the card can go inside the bay, overpassing the HDD. Is it going to be a problem with wire and/or airflow?

Yes, I had a 560 ti and now a 580 in my antec 300 with 4 HDs in the bays.
