i want to reduce the size of items on my task bar (current apps open) to
just icon only (no text).

is this possible ?

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics]

change the minwidth value to -300 (depending, of course, on what visual
style you're using).
