Crossfire Radeon 6950 core clock stuck on 250MHz

My first 6950 works fine but the second one is stuck on a core clock speed of 250MHz and a memory clock speed of 150MHz. It says in GPU-z that it is only getting two amps of current whilst the working one is getting 45 amps. However I have a 900 watt PSU so I really doubt that is the problem.

try using the cards 1 at a time and report back

Hey GPUZ does show 250mhz when the card are idle. Do this. Download Furmark and run the burn in test with 8XMSAA and whatever resolution you have in full screen.

It will show you the speeds and use of both cards...then within the new furmark you can open GPUZ. check the speeds quickly.

^im guessing if one is in power save, then the other would be also...but its worth a shot
