MB for AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black CPU w/fan

Hi All:

18 months ago, I built a computer with:

MSI 790GX-G65 &
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black CPU
Sparkle SCC-750AF Plu80 Gold PS
EVGA 01G-P3-N959-TR GeForce 9500 GT video
Kingston KVR1333D3N9/4G Memory

The MB died and I replaced it with the same one and it never booted.

I want a different motherboard but I am not clear on how to find one that is compatible with my other components.

Any help would be appreciated.
