Is this a good case for HTPC

Rather than toss my current mid-tower, I thought I'd put move the innards into a new case like this:

APEVIA X-QPACK-NW-BK/420 Black Aluminum 1.0 w/ ABS plastic front panel MicroATX Desktop Computer Case 420W Power Supply

Is this a good case?

The system will be a quadcore Q9400, Dell motherboard with built on GPU (or possibly GTX 240). One hard drive, one DVD-ROM. Already have an Antec 350 W PSU, which might be better than the one in this case.

The linking does not work for some reason. Here is the name:

APEVIA X-QPACK-NW-BK/420 Black Aluminum 1.0 w/ ABS plastic front panel MicroATX Desktop Computer Case 420W Power Supply
  4. For the rig that you want put inside it's more that enough.

Is there anything quieter/smaller/nicer that you would recommend?

That must have been some project! Was it an oversized VCR? How did you ground the mobo?
