PCI USB card.....

Ok I have a Sabertooth 990fx motherboard. Both of the USB connections are already used. I just bought a all in one card reader 2.5in and I need another internal USB header connection, so I want to buy a USB PCI card with a header connection, which i have found online. Now my PCI slot on my motherboard is blocked by my video card (GeForce GTX550 TI) and i have a wireless PCIe card in my PCIe slot so I cant move my video card to the top PCI Express 2.0 slot. Any suggestions? Can my video card be installed into one of the black PCI express 2.0 slots or are they not fast enough for a video card, i am kinda a newbie any help would me really appreciated.

That is def a option...can the video card go in one of the black PCI express 2.0 slots?
