just completed my new build

Crosshair V
7970 vid card
980BE cpu
16g vengeance ram
H100 cpu cooler

my question is- i fired her up and everything is working fine it seems, i have bios ver 0813 should i update the bios or leave well enough alone?

i am also new to overclocking is it safer for me to use auto tuning turbo V function?
