Do you have any plan to upgrade the whole system?

I have heard that PCI-E 2.1 cards doesn't work with 1.1 or 1.0 slots, 2.0 does. So go with the one that has 2.0 (The nvidia card).

I don't know any of them, the best way you will check is in the manufacturers' website. I think the best thing is to get nvidia, GT440.

The card you want to upgrade to will be bottleneck by the processor. I would suggest go to save up and upgrade the whole system route. Because the card will not be fully utilized.

Best solution

5670 is faster and you are really smart there on looking PCI-E 2.0 cards :)

I think it will run hotter but if you do not care about temperatures it's fine. You don't worry about bottlenecking much. These are low end parts so I think it will match up with the low end processor.
