Msi n550 gtx-ti video card installation

hi. i just bought a new msi n550 gtx-ti video card. when i follow the instructions on how to install the driver to my computer, it opens up the setup program, but only opens halfway on my screen, and when it says click the "driver" icon, i do and nothing happens? any advice? I have windows 7 so it is compatible.
