Gaming rig

iam building this gaming rig for myself.ihave given the conf below.please suggest any improvements if needed.
1.core i72600k 3.4gh
2.asus P8Z68 VPRO-GEN3
3.corsair 8gbddr3 ram
4.seagate 1tb hard disk
5.sapphire hd6950 2gb
6.coolermaster haf x
7.corsair psu tx850(enthusiast series)
8.dell s2420l
9.ups-apc surt 1000xli

If gaming is the target the I5 2500K will serve just as well and the price difference could be spent on a better GPU or SSD for OS!

Get an I5 and buy a 6970 instead =)

get the HX750, its a better psu generally. You won't need the 850w.

also get the 2500k and a better gpu.

thanks for the suggestions
i will change the cpu to i5 2500k,but what gpu should i go for(gt 560 ti 448cores or gt570 or amd 6970) also suggest a cheaper cabinet. which monitor should i go for and why

get a BenQ 21inch LED because they're good and cheap.. best monitor to get
Depends how much money you got but the gtx 560ti will be good enough, along with the rest of your setup, to run anything at full power pretty much.

NZXT phantom or carbide 500R would be my choice if not HAF X.xfx 750w is enough.try to save money and get a 7950.
