I'm building a budget desktop gaming pc from scratch. Will these components work together? Any recommendations that will cost me up to £460? Here are the specs:

Corsair CMV4GX3M2A1333C9 2 x 2GB DDR3 SDRAM Memory

firstly dont use fowl language. It makes you look unintelligent and ill-tempered and yeah it is my first time in building a computer-please respect that fact. secondly i dont need 8GB and when i do ill buy it. Thirdly, i dont need any more than 450W, fourth, i meant 500GB, fifth, ive changed it to an atx now

450W will not run your system well.
Straight from the AMD page:
450 Watt or greater power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors recommended

You are cutting it super close. It is best to have a 100W leeway on the PSU. I recommend a 550W PSU from Corsair, Antec, or XFX.
