Wifi not conneting

hello, my wifi connection is not access when i connect my wifi through my laptop it show windows was unable to connect

This is kinda vague...so that is why no one is responding. Tell us more about your situation. First off...did it ever work? If you plug directly into your router does it work? Is it your router...are you jumping on a neighbor's connection?

A router occasionally puts out enough just signal strength to be seen but not enough to be connected to. Are you using the same channel number in your adapter as the router is broadcasting on? Has anything been placed between the laptop and the router - a microwave oven, perhaps a 2.4Ghz roving telephone base set?

Yes when i connect though wire it is connected but when i want to connect through wifi it show wifi connection but not connects it show windows was unable to connect
i use all that thing pre-shared key without key but it didnt work.
