GPU tempature is 35.0C on idle.f

I think it's the drivers, maybe disable/uninstall the display adapter, reboot, re-install updated drivers. I don't know, any tips?

I get em when I'm playing SWTOR and go on youtube, and bang! blue screen with vertical lines.

Yea I've decided im just going to RMA the video card and go with nvidia this is the first time I've ever gone with ATI and it was a bad choice.

Don't knock off AMD entirely based on this one bit of anecdotal evidence. Both companies have DOA/buggy cards; I wouldn't say one has any more than the other.
