Gaming rig

Just as the title says.. I think I found a pretty solid build for the $400 I have. I'm not buying everything for it, a lot of the parts from my current PC [the power supply, HD, gpu and dvd drive] are fine, but I need to upgrade my motherboard, ram, case, and CPU. This is what I found so far.

I guess the other stuff isn't worth mentioning.. the ram gets good reviews and it's 8gbs, nothing more to say about that.. and the case cools well.

So all I need to know is whether or not I should go with this CPU and MB for gaming. anyone have experiences with these particular products?
