Is msi gt 520 2gb ddr3 good for playing latest games?
is msi gt 520 2gb ddr3 good for playing latest games. is it as par with 9800gt? i want to play games like assassin creed relevations, gta 4, forgotten sands, farcry 2, cod black ops etc.
Actually i didnt find any decent cards in the market for my budget of NRS 4-6 thousand.i wanted to buy 5570 or 6670 but no stock aviliable in the market. only got ati 5450 or gt520 for 5k and 8400gs for4k . although i got nvidia 9800gt 1gb ddr3 for 4k it is manufactured by a Chinese company named folon?
which one should i buy msi gt520 2gb or msi ati 5450 1gb or folon nvidia 9800gt 1gb. i am willing to buy 9800gt (for $50) but it is manufactured in china. does china manufactured cards perform well?
which cards should i buy among above three? and plz don't suggest other cards that are not available or beyond my budget.
The 9800gt would be the best of the three. The other two cards are not really made for gaming, they are mainly made for HTPC applications.
If you can, I would wait until you can get at least a 6670. I have one and have it overclocked to near 6770 levels. It works well for me with my 19" wide screen Samsung monitor. I can play most games at high settings.

i think you should go for that 9800GT. i don't about the quality but even my asus GTX460 was made in china...
hi i have 400watt digicom power supply have been running it for 4 yrs which does not have six pin connector and has only 2 4pin molex connector free which i could join to one 6 pin connector. should i change my psu for 9800gt.
i am currently running 1 seagate sata hard disk, 1 sony dvd writer, and intel pentim dual core 3.2gz processor. my motherboard is intel D984GCCR.
Upgrade your psu and that will leave you with room to grow in the future. As for the 9800gt well I got two of them my self and they are not crap unlike the GT520. The GT520 from the compute numbers isn't much of an upgrade over an old 8600gt/gts.
