$700-800 or Less gaming system (I need help!)

Hey!, I'm in need of some advice and tips. I'm considering building myself a gaming computer for between about 700-800$ range(or less). And I need some suggestions and help on a few parts.

(Note: I DON'T need to be running Battlefield 3 on Ultra settings at 1080p with 120fps, i just wanted a gaming system that can run games such as minecraft, mw2, mw3, battlefield, all at about 1080p with a good solid fps.

So far i have picked out a:
case (if you can find a nicer one, for a lower price, please let me know)
cpu
ram
powersupply
and fan controller

let me know if you can find any of these for cheaper or if you can recommend something better for the same or lower price.

I need help picking out a:
graphics card (im thinking like a AMD radeon 6000 series card, and i need high deffinition ports)
motherboard
(*note i know like hardly anything about good motherboards)
aftermarket cpu cooler (for when i overclock it)

anyways here are the parts I've found so far:
Raidmax Blade Case

NZXT Sentry LX High Performance Fan Controller

Corsair Vengeance Desktop Memory Kit - 8GB (2x 4GB)

Intel Core i5-2500K Processor

Ultra LSP750 750-Watt Power Supply

More about : 700 800 gaming system

Thanks for the reply, personally I didn't think the i5 was to overboard, but then again, I'm a newbie to the computer world, and the fan controller I personally like because of it's flashiness, it makes a statement which is kind of my personality, but If i have to sacrifice it for another part, I'll consider the one you suggested, thank you.
