PreOrdering 7970 help

Hi Guys,

So I've decided to get this card asap, I'm still using a 5870 and think it's time to upgrade. I've never bought a computer part day one or pre-ordered any so I'm looking for advice on how to get it (online stores or wherever). I'm living in Ireland so anywhere in Europe is fine.
