I'd love to be able to solve your problem, but I do need a more descriptive idea of what the issue is. Can you give me more than a single incomplete sentence telling me what kind of computer you have, where the light is, etc. If you can, I will be happy to try and help!

Do you means that instead of blinking, the hard disk led is always on? but the led is not bright like when hard disk is reading?
Apart from this issue, do you suffer any other problem that prevent you from using your PC?

read ur motherboard manual
read the section where it illustrate how to connect rest, HDD LED and power cables
these cables are two pins +,-.

^^^^ if it used to blink then the led or the cabling to it might be bad. If it never blinked then disconnect the hdd led connector from the mother board, turn it around, and put it back in (the reverse of the way it was originally installed) and try again. Please do this with the power off. Thank you.
