CPU: i5-2500 (not sure if K is gonna make any difference)

M/B: ASRock Z68 Extreme3 (not sure if M/Bs affect gameplays, if it does suggest me m/b thats better)

SSD: 120or128GB SATA3 (Samsung 830 or Vertex3, suggest me)

RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR-12800 x 2 (G.Skill or Corsairs w/ heat pad, should I?)

VGA: Having hardest time deciding which one... since my cpu and m/b is cheap, thinking of high-end GPU.(around $300~400)

P/S: 600W 80Plus Bronze...(Golds are too expensive, probably not necessary)

O/S: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

I also had someone tell me 960T Zosma is good, but from my other discussion, concluded that i5-2500 is better.

Solution
The i5-2500k gives you a substantial amount of overclocking ability compared to the i5-2500. If you are even semi-contemplating overlock you will want to invest in the 2500k. Nothing on the market will beat the price/performance of the i5-2500k.

I have a Samsung 830 128GB. It works quite well, I am happy with it.

I'd go with 2x2GB or 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance - Low Profile 1600
