Wan mini ip fails 10 min later from starting of my pc

am using windows xp os
when my pc connected to network i can browse till 15 min only than after
i can't browse. it shows network adapter wan mini ip failed
give me a solution

what type of isp
does it work directly plugged in (no router) etc
