Would this let me drop the VID_MIN below 1100 mV? Just curious as my CPU seems to not honor any Cool 'n Quiet mappings that set the Vcore below 1100 mV. I'd like to do this as I can run the CPU at 1225 mV at full 2.20 GHz so it sure as heck should be able to run at a measly 1.00 GHz idle on less than 1100 mV, but CnQ won't let me do it
