Dx11 on a tight budget

Hello,
i need a replacement for my 9600 gt i have a very small budget usually ran skyrim on high medium and would like a dx11 high setting card will use either nvidia or raedon i can list other specs if you need me to. tring to stay under $100 if possible max I can come up with $130.

The HD 6770 will be the best choice.It can run on 400W PSUs with ease as its very power efficient.
Although this being a mainstream card won't let you enjoy games on ultra,but will surely give satisfactory dx11 performance.

what is your entire spec? if you really want to go for dx11 thing don't go any lesser than GTX460/HD6850 though it will cost you a bit more
