5850 oem = reference? Needs to be flashed for crossfire?

I read where someone had their 5850's crossfire after he flashed 1 to match the other. Mine is His and OEM non branded.

Brand is not the issue, BIOS version is what matters. Use CPUID to determine bios version for both cards. If bios version is the same you are good to go. If different you will need to flash one of the cards - pick the latest bios version. Flashing can be tricky. Follow the instructions EXACTLY or you'll end up with a brick.

OMG WHY WONT IT CROSSFIRE WITH THE OEM CARD ON TOP!

BTW both flashed same bios.

Bump any help on why both cards are always at an equal 100% load

GPU 1 = 37% Gpu 2 = 63%
Gpu 1 = 25% Gpu 2 = 75%

PLEASE WHY AREN'T BOTH CARD loading over 70% each!
