Nvidia 290.35 driver Stuck my pc in boot loop

Hello, I recently installed the latest 290.35 Nvidia driver. I went ahead and did a fresh restart after downloading it and found myself stuck at the windows loading screen. It hangs there for a couple minutes then I get a Bsod saying Unmountable boot volume. I have tried everything I know of. I Can't boot in safe mode. I have tried to reload with last known good configuration and it just sticks at a certain point. All i need to do is to find a way to get to my desktop so I can rollback my drivers, but I am stuck in an endless loop and can't figure out what to do.... ANY help would be much appreciated.
