Here are the Spec. Note i have not yet purchased it yet to make sure if i need to perform any changes in the parts.

Mother Board:Asus P8Z68-V Pro/GEN3 HDMI
CPU:Intel Core i7-2600K
Power Supply: Corsair AX 850W (80 Plus Gold)
Graphics Card:1 AMD Radeon HD7970 (From Sapphire)
After Market HeatSink: Corsair H100
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance

This will run BF3 on Ultra at 1080p. Nothing wrong with this.
