Compatibility Question

I was wondering if anyone could find incompatibility issues with these components. I am mainly worried about the FD4100WMGUSBX and the bios version that the M5A97 ships with.

CPU: FX-4100 (FD4100WMGUSBX)

The M5A97 supports the FX4100 cpu and socket (AM3+). However it needs bios update 0815 in order for it to work, and the initial bios release for the M5A97 is 0503. Seen here- http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-ASUS/M5A97.html I would call newegg and see what version bios they have on the M5A97 or I would just buy a different MoBo to save all the hassle. I would recommend the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131754 , but if you want to be 100% that you dont have to flash bios update for the fx4100 to work you might want to call newegg just to make sure v.0813 or higher is installed on it. Ive also heard the M5A97 has had some problems with ddr3 ram over 1333mhz without the new bios update.
