Is this 550w PSU enough for this build/ Is this a good build?

The PSU is at the top of the picture (OCZ Fatal1ty)
This is my first build ever, and I have had a friend who is into building them help me (He's probably spent over $3000 on his...)
I on the other hand, don't need those specs, and had around a $600 budget. This build after rebates brings me to $587, which I am happy with.
Now to the question.. Will that OCZ Fatal1ty PSU give me enough watts for my needs? The reason I chose it it because I chose an AMD processor, and because I get a $25 rebate with that PSU.
What do you think of my final build?
Any suggestions/feedback is welcome.
