New build:how does everything stack up

mobo:ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3

cpu: Intel Core i5-2500K

ram:G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)

gpu: 7950

not needing a hdd as of now. my biggest concern is the psu and mobo, from what i've heard if something is likely to be faulty it would be one of those.

Actually, that looks pretty good. I personally would swap the PSU for this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341052 It'll supply plenty of wattage, even if you decide to get a second 7950. This one is cheaper and modular, too.

For the same price as that case you could get the NZXT Switch 810

do you think 750 i was going to enough because CF is being factor in here for later. Also what is a full modular exactly.

If you look at this tom's benchmark, it shows their entire system peaking at 500w when using a pair of 7950s: http://media.bestofmicro.com/C/U/324462/original/load%20power%20multi.png

Fully modular means the cables are detachable from the PSU. This means if you have excess cables left over, you can take them off the PSU instead of leaving them sprawling all over the bottom of your case.
