would all this work together like is the psu okay with the case and is the gpu and ram okay with the motherboard and is the motherboard okay with the case and what does it mean when a video card has 2gb do you guys recommend getting it?

Should have no problems.

Get the 2gb if you monitor resolution is higher than 1920 x 1080p.

Do you intend to overclock? If you do, you need to invest in an aftermarket heatsink, if not, drop down to a normal i5 2500. That is a very nice case choice by the way. Here is a nice combo with the i5 2500 and a trusty Light-ON optical drive.
