Cheap means what? Uses? Assuming gaming here's what I would reuse from what you list you have:
Kb; Mouse; OS; Ram (assuming it's 1.5v)

Im not interesting i need slight upgrade to another I3 i already have Intel Core i 3 2100 3.1 Ghz. and my power supply should be able to run something like a 7750 or 6750

so i need a GPU, Case (not a 60 dollar one either) motherboard (dont care about z68 or whatever) and dvd drive i only have one or two games i play that battlefield 3 and crysis series
