CPU: Phenom2-x4 960T B.E Zosma
M/B: Asrock 970 extreme4
RAM: Corsair 8G 1600CL9 Vengeance (4G x2)
VGA: MSI 560ti O.C. Hawk TwinFroz3
SSD: samsung 830 128gb
P/S: 3Rsystem 600 80plus bronze
Cooler: Hyper 212+

Mostly for gaming, i get about $1000 on these guys since I live in Korea.
I can upgrade to i5-2500k&Z68 Ex3/G3
and I can change the VGA to Radeon HD6950 2GB, (not sure which model)

So... what do you guys think? stay with 960T or go with 2500k, stay with 560ti hawk or go with 6950?

Solution
I strongly recommend you wait for one of the new AMD of NVidia cards.

I believe a new AMD card HD7xxx (model number?) is coming which will cost $150 and have similar performance to the GTX560Ti. My guess is it will cost closer to $200.

Anyway, the new HD7xxx and GTX6xx use the 28nm process which results in much, much quieter cards. They also have a modified architecture which will be taken advantage of more in the future (i.e. better Tesselation).

I believe the new AMD HD7xxx card at $150 to $200 is coming soon. You can Google for more. When it comes out, look for benchmarks that show a card in that price range with performance similar to an HD560Ti (will vary by game).
