COOLER MASTER SILENT PRO HYBRID PSU

Can anyone tell me if I were to switch the power fan mode to manual, will the cooling fan of the Cooler Master Silent Pro Hybrid PSU still kicks in when the PC is drawing less than 200watt ? I understand that when it is set to 'AUTO', the fan will not spin until the load is more than 200watt.

I'm thinking of buying the Cooler Master 1300watt version of the Silent Pro Hybrid PSU. Anyone of you here who owns this model PSU care to give your comment. Thanks.

In manual the fan will always be running and you can adjust the speed of it with increasing/decreasing the voltage (turning the dial) between +3volts and +12volts, 3 being lowest and 12 being fastest.
