Honestly in quality they are roughly equal. Really the main difference is the TX850 is 80+ Bronze the XFX is 80+ Silver and the HX850 is 80+ Silver. The all score 9.5/9.6 from jonnyguru.

Here is a link to the best PSU database on the internet. Look them up yourself. There are even links to all the best review sites.

I'd take the HX850 just for the warranty. They are all Seasonic built.

Channel well is good, the make quite a few Corsair psu's. 7yr warranty.

The HX1000 is Channel Well and the HX520 and HX620 are Seasonic, the HX850 isn't on the list for some reason.

That list is so incomplete I forgot it was even there. The Realhardtechx list even has discontinued and even future, planned models listed. It's by far the best, most complete list I have found on the internet. Every now and then someone will have an oddball brand not listed but it's rare.
