Hi everyone,
I got three partitions on my hdd, with Win98SE, Win2K and WinXP...

My problem is of course with Win98SE, because it doesn't remember each folder's view settings, I mean that everytime I open a folder, it shows big icons rather than List like I want it, and the "remember each folder's view settings" is checked of course...

Does anybody have an idea?

I already formatted the Win98SE partition and reinstalled it for other reasons, but that problem came up again...

thnx in advance for any help,

Treppiede

Open up a folder, and set it up just the way you want it. Then, follow these steps:
Folder Options > View tab > click "Apply to All Folders"

Did you try that? I'm not sure if you did yet...
