Help please

hello everyone today. i am a laptop user and i have the worst laptop in the world dell inspiron n5010 when ever i start it up it takes me more than 30 minutes to start after the windows logo appears please tell me what is the problem and how can i fix this thank you and when the computer runs it has no problem and works like old times could the problem because of the cpu of the laptop or something other

I would start by cleaning all vent ports and then rebuild it with your restore media.

Once you're up and running, download and run CCleaner; http://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER
Run it to clean your system of resource and space wasting crap and registry errors. Run the Clean and Registry portions both. You may have to run the Registry portion more than once; until it returns no issues.

also check if you have more then one anti virus or malware program loaded. also use msconfig and turn everything off and reboot. if it still slow..try updating your laptop mb chipset and video card drivers one of them may be damaged.
also run seatools or wd tools depending on your dard drive to see if the hard drive is the issue. one thing to check with the battery and power off to the laptop is to see if one of the ram dimms on the bottom of the laptop is not seated.
