Which GPU is better

Get the the number 3 card it is the best of the three. If you are going to run resolution better than 1920 x 1200 then get the 2 gb of vram on the card also unless you are going to run more than 2 monitors which you are not so the extra is pointless unless of course you are going over the 1920 x 1200.

The clocks doesn't make vram any bigger. But the clocks values go up the better the card will preform. When I up grade I am getting the third one of your selections anyway that card will do very well on your games and later you might think about getting another one and run in SLI for even better FPS. The Evga is a little more expensive but it's got a 320 bit interface and more processing cores. The MSI would be my second choice.

The 448 core is an entirely different card, and it shouldn't be compared to the normal Ti. If you want to go 560 Ti, get this one for $220: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
The 448 is better, but it's significantly more expensive. Go for it if you've got the budget.
