I am playing on a single monitor (1080p). I want to play gmes like Bf3, Skyrim, CS:GO. Which of these two cards are better? and does going from 1gb of memory on your GPU to 2gb of memory make a big difference on a single 1080p monitor. Does the core clock, shader clock, memory clock and the number of processing cores make a bigger difference than the amount of memory?

here are the three cards cards

Get the the number 3 card it is the best of the three. If you are going to run resolution better than 1920 x 1200 then get the 2 gb of vram on the card also unless you are going to run more than 2 monitors which you are not so the extra is pointless unless of course you are going over the 1920 x 1200.

The clocks doesn't make vram any bigger. But the clocks values go up the better the card will preform. When I up grade I am getting the third one of your selections anyway that card will do very well on your games and later you might think about getting another one and run in SLI for even better FPS. I hope this helps a little and Good luck
