Newegg pickup?

Sorry about the topic I know it's not apart of the forum but I didn't know where to post it.

I have to RMA my CPU, RAM, and Mobo I'm leaving soon to drop it off at ups. I live in SO Cal about 15-20 miles away from their city of industry warehouse. I was wondering does anyone know if you can pick up from there like a will call service ?

Call them, from chart at newegg "Products can be picked up at our warehouse in City Of Industry, CA"
They do not stock all the parts everywhere.
