I5-2500k or 15-3570k

Will be doing gaming, diablo3, starcraft, etc. may overclock in the future to make pc last longer performance wise.

Also watch movies, maybe light encoding, ms office, etc. If theres another processor that would work good and save some bucks would like to hear about it.

Nothing that overclocks and beats those two. The 2500K has a better overclocking potential but the 3570K has about 5% more performance clock by clock.
