Power supply for 6770

Hi i need a power supply for my HD 6770.I'm in a tight budget so i can spend only about 3.5k.My spec is

AMD Phenom II
Asus M3N78-em
2 GB DDR2 Ram
DVD-RW
320 GB samsung hard disk
HD 6770 ,which i bought recently

Im waiting for ur help guys

Yep 430watts is plenty to run a 6770 which only take about 120watts under max load and that leaves you plenty of power left over for a system with lots of drives etc.
