Would my intel cpu bottleneck a HD 6850?

How badly would this bottleneck a HIS Radeon HD 6850? If i overclock my cpu, would it make a diffrence?

I should get a new motherboard and a cpu, i know but i NEED a graphics card first and im 13 years old, i only get money once a year (Birthday) and i only get £100.

Well Its A Midly Cut Down Core 2, Its Should Be Fine, However Overclocking Would Be A Good Idea, And Should Overclock Quite Well, The Core 2 Is Still Quite A Potent CPU.
