Hello,
I'm planning to get new upgrades for my computer, but I don't know where to start!

My Specs:
i7 920
6GB Ram
ATI 6870
96GB SSD
750GB HDD
500GB HDD
1TB HDD
950 Watt PSU (kinda offbrand. not really trusting it)

Any ideas to which thing I should upgrade first?
I'm not sure to what I want to upgrade yet.

Your build looks verry good. The only upgrade like you said is a new good brand power supply Corsair,Seasonic,Antec,XFX,Enermax.
And for much better gaming experience buy a 7950 video card , but 6870 at this time is a good video card.
For gaming you need 4GB RAM you have 6GB. i7 920 is a verry good CPU. I can't see other parts you can upgrade because your PC looks verry good.

sosofm has the right of it...
Get a new PSU of any of the brands he mentioned. If you absolutely felt the itch toupgrade you could snag yourself 8 Gb of RAM, like this

Your processor and graphics card should be more than enough to put you on ultra or high on most games.

^+1 for both of the above.
i dont think of those need urgent upgrade except the PSU (bcoz u said that u didnt trust it). can upgrade RAM if you need to. if not, buy yourself some gaming accessories (mouse, keyboard, headphone, gamepad, steering wheel or anything) that will make u feel good when playing games

His motherboard runs tri-channel. He needs 3 sticks for optimum configuration. In any case he already have 6GB. It should be enough.

Need to know what games he is playing & at what resolution. If he is running on a single monitor at 1920x1080, the 6870 should be enough.

Overall, I think its a solid rig. The PSU can be upgraded but I would not recommend it without knowing what is the brand & model of his existing PSU first.

Sorry guys! Here's some more info:
I mostly play FPS's and Sports games but sometimes I do play games like Mass Effect 2 and Rage.
I play mainly at 1920x1080.

I think I will get a new PSU, but I'm not sure which wattage I should get. I might want to CF with another 6870 in the future but it's just a possibility.

Would it be worth it to get another 6GB of ram?

My PSU right now is a : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817159072

It had trouble running a 4890, so that's why I kinda don't trust it.

How long do you think the 920 should last me?

It is hard to recommend a different PSU because the Antec I recommend is only $120 and it is even 80+ Platinum Certified which is the highest efficiency rating in the world. I recommend that you stick with one power house card over two cards in SLI or Crossfire with this PSU and I 100% recommend this PSU in fact I am so impressed with the price point and Platinum level certification that it is going into my next build. If you real want to go SLI or Crossfire I would recommend these PSUs today of course pricing and availability change like you change your socks so rule of thumb is always buy from a reputable vendor and always get an 80+ bronze certified or better PSU or ideally 80+ Gold or Platinum.
