Go for the p68 series of motherboards. There newer, have more options and are compatible with ivy bridge.

Also i would reccomend a 128gb m4 SSD. I bought a 64gb and wish i got a bigger one. Fills up quick with random crap, even with most of my stuff on my HDD.

Other than that it looks good. If you were into gaming i would recommend a better card. But since your not its all good.

The card isnt bad but its more of a entry card for gaming. You could spend a little more and get something better but it all depend on what type of games your interested in playing. The mobo isnt alot worse its just an older series. The 68 is more future proof. Its got a few extras and is compatible with the new ivy bridge CPU's coming out later this year.
