Windows start up error.

I'm getting this error message on the start up of my windows.

RunDLL
There was a problem with starting msidsg.dll

I know its a registry error and have tried using few registry fixer tools. Eg: like ccleaner, regCure,registry cleaner, advanced system care..They does fix some other registry problems but not my start up error.
Anyone can help!

Download it and paste it to these locations. If u have x32bit windows, paste it in to system32 only!
C:\Windows\System32
C:\Windows\SysWOW64

i couldn't find msidsg.dll file download.
in your link, it's msimsg.dll file, which i already has in my system32.
