Is this a good tv for a monitor? (fast please?)

I'm looking to get this tv for a monitor on boxing day,

Can you tell me if it would be any good? It's on sale for $128

Just was wondering if it would be worth it, I'm currently on a 17" monitor and was wondering if this would be any good, I still use the old blue connector though, are there vga to HDMI converters or DVI-I to HDMI, can you tell me if my graphics card even has a DVI-I to HDMI connector?...It's a XFX gtx 280,

if it just to use it for a computer and not looking at the tv why you dont get another monitor for around the same price could be a 22 inch

The GTX 280 has DVI ports and the tv has a HDMI port so you would need a cable the one end is DVI and the other end is HDMI. They do make those cables and are easy to find or you can get a DVI to HDMI cable and they do make them or you can get an adaptor that plugs into the DVI port and the other end is HDMI and you can then just use the HDMI cable. You can use that tv as your monitor but it will be slightly different because it is a tv and not a monitor.

this is for radeon 4000 not for the gtx,tv also got vga connector

You want a computer monitor not a HDTV. A HDTV will not look as good as a computer monitor will.

A 1080p TV will likely look much better than any computer monitor... a nice 2011 pana plasma especially =D

Well I actually ended up getting a 23" 1080P tv/monitor on sale.

I saw a 24" Acer LED LCD for $150, can't imagine why someone would by a 22" HDTV for a monitor, it's going to cost as much or more.
