I really like the looks of the NXZT Phantom but apparently it has some issues with air cooling and 3rd party fan support. I need to mount some 3rd party fans for my dual gtx670 cause they dont have much room between them on a asus maximan gene motherboard. SO which one of these cases would be the best? I will use Asus maximas gene, i5 2500k, Asus gtx670 direct cu II Top 2 way Sli and a noctua nh d-14/ Corsair H100/ Coolermaster hyper 612 cpu cooler.

NXZT Phantom- $129

case is personal preference.it differs from person to person.some people like HAF X but i don't(personal choice :)).
for $170,corsair 650d is *unbeatable* IMO.

here's the reason-
http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/corsair_obsidian_d/6.htm
Pros:
Loads of room
Wire management is made very easy by all the passages
Eight expansion slots to make quad-Crossfire or quad-SLI a possibility
Elegant looks and thoughtful styling
Removable fan filters and all the front I/O you would need
Room at the top for a 2x120 or 2x140 radiator for water cooling
All in a mid tower

Cons:
None

you can also go with watercooling in future,it has enough room-
