I am confused about PCMCIA. They have different standards, but I do not know which one I should choose. What is the difference between 16-bit and 32-bit in network cards? Do they work faster? More effeciently? Or both? How can I check that my laptop supports 32-bit PC Cards? Is it the one on the system properties sheet in Windows 98?

3Com PC Card kills my wallet, but are they worth it?

And what is CardBus?
